is a presentation of gouache paintings, block prints and other unique pieces created around a Lindy Hop theme. After two years of studying the history of the Lindy Hop Renaissance era, Ms. Curtis has used the Lindy Hop dance as a metaphor for ordinary people who need a time to shine. The wall work will show Lindy Hop dancers doing the various steps and musicians from the 1920-1940s with their instruments in play. The exhibit included journals of the process and photo cards of paintings.
