This work was created to illustrate the ALL SOULS UU COVENANT. The overall theme is that of promise and how it plays in people’s lives.
Curtis was able to revisit many of her favorite themes and characters in exploring such ideas as peace, celebration, service, community and communication. Each painting translates a particular aspect of the Covenant into the whimsical and color filled world of Curtis’ characters.
